i used ckt on bread board and measured on dso …the output had only 800mv ac part of 40mhz although other part was dc part of close to 4v . i applied Vcc of 5v . what I need is atleast 4v peak to peak as well as 9v peak to peak if Vcc is 9V …waiting for speedy reply Crystals vibrate
